I’m an ebf mam too. I’ve had no problems with cow and gate number 1.
The first is easier to digest and the infant is more high in iron etc making it better for weaning baby’s.
Also Amazon sells the dipsticks to check if your milk has and alcohol content left in it so you know when it’s safe again. The first drink takes 2 hours to get in to your system and after that for every 1 unit of alcohol you consume it takes 1 hour for it to go. It’s the same as your blood supply. I used to think it was pump and dump but it’s not x

I combi fed with sma until it got recalled 😅 then went onto kendamil

Make sure you try your baby with it first. We got Kendamil and he hated it, pulled a face and would not drink it. For the flight back we had sma (which was in hold luggage on way out) and he drank that.
