Royal London Hospital maternity Triage
Has anyone had any experience at the RLH maternity triage (6th floor) and if so, what was your experience like?
On two occassions I have been there regarding concerns with my health during this pregnancy and have had an unpleasent experience from the staff on the front desk, seems to be always one in particular where they have been dismissive with the sort of attitude like "why are you here" "we can't help you with that here" It's made me anxious about having to ever go there again, if need be. 🫤

I wanted to go in a few days ago and now even more hesitant. Not heard great stuff about rlh midwifes which is scary
Before attending the hospital in my trust, you call the triage line and they tell you to come in or all is well... do you think you could be missing a step by just turning up? Obvs no idea really but could see how you might get that response if you surprised them...
