Move around as much as you possibly can I know it’s hard and will hurt but it helped me heal so fast

Agreed with Amy above, move around but not too much just so you don’t rip your stitches! Pillow for on your lap in the car so the seatbelt doesn’t bare down on your incision line
I haven’t tried them myself but apparently the Frida Mom c section strips are good for the scar for when you’re a bit more healed!
Just take it easy, rest and get everyone to do everything else for you - you’ve just had major surgery! 🧡

Stay on top of your pain meds and invest in some reusable icepacks

Keep on top of your pain relief, even if you feel like you don’t need it just yet, take it. Start stool softeners at a low dose just to help keep things moving. Gentle movement, but do not over do it. Try not to sleep lying completely flat, and take your time while sitting up or changing position. Brace with a pillow near the incision when sneezing / laughing / coughing it really does help. When putting your compression stockings on, use a nappy sack to help slide it onto your foot and then have somebody else help you pull it up your leg and then pull the nappy sack out, it works wonders. If you’re worried about slipping in the shower, lay a towel down to stand on - the extra washing doesn’t matter if it helps recovery. Stay hydrated and eat as much as you can. The blood thinner injections hurt less in your tummy (around the same level as your belly button if you’re able to tolerate it). Use heat patches or hot water bottle on your back

Walk and rest and walk

A peri bottle! Helps you clean down there without having to bend or twist on your abdomen. Painkillers as others have suggested as well as laxatives. Peppermint tea to help with the trapped wind. I think the greatest pain for me was having trapped wind as it feels like it’s pushing on your incision. When you do shower, remember to pat the incision not rub.

Also be very patient with yourself!!

I think rest as much as possible I tried doing to much while healing and ended up getting really bad nerve pain that took even longer to heal I wish I would have listened to my body more and stayed on top of pain meds. Also if you can get a belly binder i recommend it does hurt a little when first putting it on but I can assure you it helps ALOT with belly overhang and pain once it’s on.

Disposable underwear a size larger with overnight pads were a big help for me just ripped everything off instead of bending down and gave extra support for the belly and didn’t touch the incision!
Am I the only person with an anterior placenta who just felt there baby start kicking and now when ever I wake up I struggle to go back to sleep becuase baby is very very active and no stop kicking me ???? First trimester was exhausting, then second trimester I've been doing well. Hired a trainer. Lifting weights twice a week and trying to walk 4-5 miles per day! Had some tired days but generally felt good and healthy. I'm at 29 weeks now and suddenly feel just freaking exhausted!!!
Just spent 3.5 hours staring at my phone at my desk and trying to get up to go home to take a nap.
I feel too tired to walk. What is happening!! I didn't expect this until ~34 weeks.
How am I going to do my job?? 😭😭
Just ranting mostly. But open to advice!! Anyone else exhausted?

I’ve been running around all day today so haven’t notice movement much. I sat down for a bit around 3-4pm and felt baby move but baby seem quite quiet tonight! 🥴

If you want yoga to open your chakra connected to your sexuality focus on the sacral chakra. For women it’s energy located in the ovaries and for men it’s in the testies. When it’s closed you may feel less motivated to do things you love, low sex drive, or even bottling up feelings.
