I’m sorry but why is there a sleep regression at every bloody age. “Oh your babies not sleeping…must be the 3.5 week sleep regression?” With my first I read about sleep regressions and when to expect them, since then it’s like all you see are posts about 7 week, 8 week, 9 week sleep regression etc etc.
Developmentally it does seem to be a thing but are we just calling every time baby doesn’t sleep well for a few days a sleep regression??

lol idk I’ve only heard of sleep regressions being associated with other developmental milestones & typically happening at __ months not weeks lol
I think people may just be sleep deprived and wanting to vent & trying to find an explanation outside of everyone just being tired from the hard work that is adjusting to new life 🤷♀️
