I am going to need a better explanation than that woman provided. Like a demonstration actually. They scoop out your uterus during a c section but I've never heard of anything putting their hand inside to get it out....😭

You should not be able to physically reach into the uterus during a period. Your cervix blocks the entrance and only opens a cm at most......not to mention- holy infection bat man!

If they're "scooping" anything it's literally just what is in the vaginal canal.

I doubt this would actually change the length of your period cus you can’t possibly get up that far in your uterine lining with your fingers but if for some reason scooping your vag walls can reduce your period timeframe I’m here for it 😅
