Im due twins sep/October but my 15mth old will still wake in the night which wouldn't be a problem if he just had his bottle and went back to sleep but more often than not he will be awake 4 hrs before he finally gives in and goes back to sleep. Im struggling because im then tired the next day and it makes my morning sickness worse plus its not fair on my husband who has to get up at 5.30am to go to work.

A 4 hour wake in the night indicates an imbalance with daytime sleep. What do his daytime naps look like? When does he wake up for the day and go to bed?

He might be under tired what are your wake windows like and nap schedule like is he on 1 nap ?

Sounds like too much daytime sleep?
