One and done??

I am starting to feel the pressure- everyone around me is falling pregnant for a second time.

I really think I might be one and done!

Those of you who are pregnant again, how did you know you were ready?

I am definitely one and done! I had an horrendous pregnacy and post partum was not too pleasant either my mental health was affected. Ive had a few people say I should be having another and I just say no I shouldn't how can I be the best mum I can be to my son if my mental health is affected again like last time. My son is my priority and I will do whats best for him 💙

In UK - Anyone else get KIT (Keep In Touch) days with their work, I was thinking of starting to use them as early as this month, gave birth in Jan, did anyone else do similar or return quite early?

Just times are hard for everyone of course, this early on I will probs look to be doing 1/2 a month as KIT days not a complete return until November

Intense pressure down below?

Hi all! Getting close now....

Just wondering if anyone has any tips - I think my girl has dropped in the past few days as I've suddenly gotten constant intense pressure down below which is painful to walk or stand up with! No other signs of anything but it's very uncomfortable!

I've tried my pregnancy belt but it didn't help 🙈

Insensitive Comments

Hi 👋 looking for some advice. My MIL is very pass remarkable and I'm usually thick skinned enough not to let it bother me. But today she really got to me. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and obviously have a bump but I haven't really put weight on elsewhere. My bump isn't even that massive (yet) and my baby is measuring average to be about 7.5 -8lbs at birth. But today she kept going on about how huge I was and how my baby will be massive. When I corrected her and said actually she's on track to be average around 8lbs she gasped and said that huge and she'll destroy me and how bad birth will be with such a huge baby and how hers were only 6lbs. Honestly, it's really upset me and now I'm an anxious mess. I've no idea how else I could have handled this in the moment. Any advice on what I could have said?

Headache since 2am and high blood pressure with light headiness

I do have anaemia as well which can explain the symptoms, but would you go to triage for this blood pressure? I’m not sure at what point you go to triage. I’m 38.2 weeks for reference, my blood pressure is usually normal 117/75 etc around that ballpark. But how can they test for pre eclampsia because I’m scared of being induced for no reason, as the BP can also be explained by other things. I might sound stupid 😅 I’ve put the first BP here and the rest in the comments. P.S. my pulse is high because I get very anxious when I get unwell
