BV ? infection? Or normal?

So I really don’t know if this is still normal for recovering I’m about 7 weeks post partum. My vagina is Leaking watery fluid kind of like discharge would but it’s not discharge I don’t believe. It has an off smell but it’s not disgusting. Just a type of smell, different from lochia if I spelt that right idk, but if this is normal please let me know I looked it up and it said it could be either BV or a infection but I’m not sure. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Groin pain

Hey, I’m just wondering if anyone has suffered with groin and pelvis pain around 15 weeks? I’m really struggling ans day to day tasks are getting tough already and I’m not even half way! Does anyone have any suggestions? Xx

Period?

7.5 week PP and I think I’ve gotten my period, but it’s very light, mostly just spotting with tiny bit of mini clots. I’ve been reading everywhere the opposite as everyone having super heavy flow, so now questioning if it’s normal or if it even is period..?!

Back side pain

Hi everyone I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and I have a really bad aching pain at the bottom of my left side, the only way to ease it is by sitting up and leaning forward. I have tried pain killers but it’s been going on for a couple days now. Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone have any advice or suggestions please. Trying to sleep is a nightmare
