I am 6 weeks pp and have diastasis recti that I am hoping to fix. Does anyone have any tips or have you successfully closed this gap?

You need deep core restoration, things like crunches wont help. Look at 360 mama on instagram

I would start with pelvic floor physical therapy.

How large is your gap? If it is 1-2 fingers you can definitely close it with modified core workouts. I closed mine but I took several months and I still have a bit of coning with sit ups at 1 year pp. No planks, no crunches. Lots of cat cows, dead bugs etc. Start with core workouts on your back where your core is more supported (gravity isn’t pulling in down)

PT and time don’t worry you going to recovery
Hey, I’m just wondering if anyone has suffered with groin and pelvis pain around 15 weeks? I’m really struggling ans day to day tasks are getting tough already and I’m not even half way! Does anyone have any suggestions? Xx

7.5 week PP and I think I’ve gotten my period, but it’s very light, mostly just spotting with tiny bit of mini clots. I’ve been reading everywhere the opposite as everyone having super heavy flow, so now questioning if it’s normal or if it even is period..?!

Hi everyone I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant and I have a really bad aching pain at the bottom of my left side, the only way to ease it is by sitting up and leaning forward. I have tried pain killers but it’s been going on for a couple days now. Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone have any advice or suggestions please. Trying to sleep is a nightmare
