What time are you guys going to bed?

I’m having a bit of a dilemma with this haha! So my baby used to go down with us as well at about 11 or 12 which was beautiful because he wakes a lot for night feeds and it meant he woke up late in the morning so I got maximum sleep! But lately he’s been napping every 1-2 hours and usually always gets a “nap” at 7-8pm and he then sleeps for a long stretch so it’s become his new bedtime! I hate it because he’s then wide awake at like 7am and I’m so not ready to get up then but have no choice! 🫣😅 gonna have to try and push his last nap back as much as I can!

Mine has slowly been going to bed a bit earlier now, often around 8pm. Once I’ve got the toddler down I often get into bed next to her and watch TV for a bit. I do sometimes go and do some cleaning etc but I don’t like leaving her alone for too long just yet so tends to be a relatively short time then I get into bed.

What do you mean by what about breastfeeding?

My LO is struggling with a good bedtime, I'd like him to go down around 7:30 / 8pm the same as my first but he's just so tired so it ends up being 7 or just before, I put him in his grow bag, feed and then put him down. He sleeps until anywhere between 4-5am but then feeds and is down till 7/7:30am so I don't mind too much, he was doing more of a 5/6am feed which I didn't mind but 4 is too early 🫠 I think bedtimes change depending on them but it's when the 4 month regression hit with my first LO and didn't get better until we made some dramatic changes to his routine around 7 months! You will find what works for you and you'll tweak it along the way 👍🏼

My first was the same went to bed with us. She'll nap in the evening downstairs with us.
Now my second is different. He is an emotionally charged baby and gets overstimulated easily. Therefore when we do bedtime with my first we also get my second ready for bed. One parent will do the toddler, the other the newborn. So they're both asleep between 7 and 8pm. My newborn then wakes up around midnight for a feed. That's our routine atm.
Everyone is different and so is every baby. Also things really change when you have multiple children!
I don't really understand what breastfeeding has to do with it?

We're 11ish too and she wakes up for the day at 9 (with two feeds in the night) but trying to bring forwards by a few hours

My youngest (3.5M) naturally falls asleep around that time. We don't sleep train, we cosleep (with both 😁).
I mean, he stil wakes up for feed often between 11 and 12 and depending on the night he will have 1 or 2 (or 3) more feeds before 6.30/7am.
I tend to stay with my newborn in the room atm, but i have a TV there so depending on my day I go to sleep somewhere between 9 and 12 lol.

My baby just goes to bed with me around 9/9:30. I co-sleep and just bf through the night.
