I had my bloods taken and haemoglobin was 107 and apparently they don’t treat until 105 😬😩

What hospital is that out of interest? My haemaglobin is 98 and I was told it needed to be 90!! I’m so fed up

It was my midwife, I’m in the uk, you must feel horrific because I’m struggling bad 😩

Did they test your ferritin too? If not demand to have it tested

It’s horrible.. the breathlessness is unreal, even with hardly any exertion. My next midwife appointment is on the 16th to get my latest blood results. So hopefully I can finally get this infusion. I’m so sorry you’re struggling. I hope you feel better soon ❤️

I can’t see the results but I see her Wednesday so I will ask for ferritin, I feel terrible and have a toddler to look after too.

You can buy ferrous sulphate from pharmacy without prescruption. My ferritin level was 10 and I was written a prescription for 200mg ferrous sulphate tablets once a day until end of pregnancy, pharmacist said I didn’t actually need prescription for the tablets.

It’s rough out here! My ferritin was 9 and iron was 80 while on iron tablets so I’ve been having transfusions but some midwives make you proper fight for it😢 I had to have conversations with several people regarding my blood results etc and some just said to continue iron tablets and then others wanted me seen asap x

Breech at 35 weeks?

Hi ladies, hope you're okay x we've found at our midwife appointment that baby is breech. I just want to ask mums over 35 weeks whether your babies turned on their own at all? My midwife isn't too concerned, she believes baby has time to turn but I just want to know how people's experiences were with their own babies. Thank you x

So my birthday is tomorrow. We already booked an Airbnb for two nights. I planned to go get some toys and have amazing sex. But now my period is on and ladies I'm so angry right now!!! My period comes on when it wants to and I was hoping it waited until after. I just needed to vent, I mean its not the end of the world but still. This shit sucks 😒💔💔💔

Body embarrassment 😭

I am super conscious and embarrassed by my belly shape.

I'm 33+2 weeks with twins, and I'm fine with my actual bump which is the high bit, and actually considered small for twins, but I have the biggest 'pouch' or 'overhang' belly underneath.

For context, I was a size 8 before pregnancy, but have previously been upto an 18-20 at my worst, so my body is a massive insecurity for me. My legs and bum are also ugly to me. All I can think about is how im missing out not having a maternity shoot, and how the hell I'm going to loose it afterwards.

how to stay sane and not overthink everything

how are we all dealing with not freaking out over everything and being constantly anxious?

i just had the ittiest bittiest discharge that was like faintly light pink, and i mean more light peach if anything, and it wasn’t runny or spotting and i haven’t had any cramping or otherwise. but im so freaked out? thankfully i have a scan on monday, but with how much is online it’s hard to not panic and catastrophize.

Anxiety before find out your pregnant??

Has anyone else had an unexplained panic attack when you did nothing to trigger it and haven't had one in quite a few years? I read that being pregnant can be a cause because of hormone fluctuations.

Just found out I'm currently pregnant again (completely unexpected) im 5m pp after my last section.
Completely freaking out as I'm due just before I get married & it being so close to my last section 🙈.

Has anyone else got pregnant so close to a section and everything been ok?
