7 month old still wakes every hour/two

EBF baby still wakes every hour or two… please someone tell me what they did to get their baby to sleep longer. Something that actually worked. He will wake only for a feed twice - the other times i get him back to sleep by rocking/swaying/holding tightly but within an hour he always wakes again no matter how i got him to sleep.
I am going insane

To the mums of 2 kids

When and how did you know to have your second? My son doesn’t sleep well but this is the only difficulty we have with him, he’s an absolute angel otherwise. Me and my husband do want another, but when do you know when to try? My son is 9 months, and I think I want one sooner rather than later, so I don’t have to get used to sleep and no nappies to go through it all again. But then I question if I could cope with 2, or do you just get on with it?

Baby bouncers

Are baby bouncers good for kids to use from 6 months keep hearing it isn’t? Anyone else brought a bouncer for their child ? And hasn’t had a problem

I just want a day off.

I am EBF, so it’s not an option really. I doubt he would take a bottle at nearly 5 months and my plan was to feed until at least 6 months, but most probably beyond that. BF is easy in a way too!

The sleep regression has been wild. It’s getting me down. I just want one longer stretch of sleep. Not feeding every 30 mins-2 hours overnight. I resent my partner because of it, the freedom he has. He doesn’t even need to ask, he can just go somewhere alone. I have to ask for a break.

I really enjoyed motherhood up until now, where the lack of sleep is getting to me.
