Just wondering what everyone else would do in my shoes. I made myself a tea and I can't go back to sleep, but sitting in silence isn't as easy as I thought it would be 😅

I’d just get up lol, I can’t stay in bed once I’m awake

I’d have my coffee and probably put on a yoga tutorial on YouTube and follow that. Stretching helps me but I usually do it at night when baby sleeps as I’m never ever up before baby. Ever 😂 I’m a night owl. Baby IS my alarm, and I’m not a morning person. Which also means I dress up and go out on an Friday night while hubby puts baby to bed for me. But if I DID I’d do some yoga like I do at night. 10mins of quiet stretching feels amazing
