I take pregnacare ones there normally quite expensive from boots but you can get them for around £3 in savers x

I use pregnacare max buy on Amazon on subscription you save 10 to 15% next delivery also using through out my pregnancy 😊

I use pregnacare plus omega 3, tesco do 3 packs for 2 i think, so.i just bought 3 packs at a time

My sister in law bought me these and they are brilliant

You only really need folic acid and vitamin D. Boots do tubs 😊

Folic acid and vitamin d both only couple quid in total from savers all I was recommended and my baby boy cooking well also take iron tablets but they're prescribed due to me being severely anaemic xx

If you get folic acid and vitamin d they are cheap and if it’s possible to get them prescribed then they’re free too. I have used pregnacare and wild nutrition both have been great

I had pregnacare max and also got 5mg folic acid prescription as my BMI was high

I use pregnacare. I have with all pregnancies, you can get deals on them/they give you a free sample pack in the Emma's Diary baby pack (make sure you get that too from Argos/boots - it's free!)
