Well sort of same I just hate going alone I used to go with my husband but then he stopped going and I just paid my membership so far and I really need to go I’m not tired I just don’t have the energy or motivation

When I’m too tired to get in an actual workout I just try to jog in place in 5-10 minute bursts multiple times throughout the day. According to my Apple Watch, it adds up to quite a good amount of calories burned!

I'm happiest and most consistent when I can fit my workout into my lunch break.

A fitness/dance class helps me. I go even when I don’t want to coz it’s prepaid and on the same time same day every week. I’m not one to spontaneously go gym anytime coz I’ll never end up going. A class gives me consistency and accountability in that I know it’s on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7 and it’s on the calendar. (I went last night, I’m sore today 😵💫) Maybe sign up to a fitness class? Usually w a gym membership it comes with unlimited fitness classes depending if the gym is big enough for fitness rooms or is it just a gym. I like the socialising aspect too

I go for a walk and that motivates me to keep going. Doesn't always work but most of the time. Anyone from the kansas-city area here?
