I always looked at cravings as, my body wants this or needs something in it and baby is just trying to make it happen. Dont feel bad for giving baby what they want.

Sounds like low iron to me. If you don't want to eat meat you could try upping iron and protein another way and see if it reduces your cravings. But don't be hard on yourself either way.

When I was pregnant I gave in and ate pepperoni because I was craving it! I hadn’t eaten it in 10 years. You gotta eat your baby wants to feel better! Congrats 🩵

vegan here, just do it. nobody has to know or if they do they shouldn’t care. feed yourself, grow that baby

I ear vegan too and had the same during my pregnancy. Just eat the meat, you need it. You can go back to your old lifestyle after giving birth. Be kind to yourself
