So I have very very picky eaters. My oldest daughter has autism and my youngest daughter. While she's four, there's no better way to put that. I am tired of making the same things for them. Vegetables aren't even allowed. They love pasta and chicken nuggets. French fries pretty much the toddler plethora cookbook. I need ideas where I can put veggies and fruits with my girls and quit making nuggies and french fries. I'm over it and ramen noodles

You can make sauces with hidden veggies in them for their pasta but it sounds like nuggets, chips and pasta are their safe foods which might make it harder for them to try new and different foods x

I definitely agree with julia about pasta sauce! We use a tin of tomato and put loads of veg in and just blend it up with some seasoning x

I'm still hiding veggies for my 3yo. Mashed potatoes with cauliflower. Baked Mac n cheese with plant based milk/cheese cauliflower and hotdogs.
Twist on the nuggies, add cheese and cauli to the chicken mixture
I put grated zucchini, carrots and pureed peppers in my pasta sauce. White sauce, again pureed cauliflower.
Make a vegetable broth for the ramen instead of just using water. Add eggs for protein (my son calls them captain boil eggs. He love the restaurant Captain Boil).
There is this cute YouTube account called Romeo Eats. When Romeo was a toddler his dad noticed that he just loved food. His dad, who is an award winning musician, decided to do channel where they try different foods. There's fun facts and a song about the featured food. Couldn't hurt to give it a go to see if they get excited about food. It may be a little young for your ASD kiddo, but they may appreciate the facts part.

My girls don't like pasta sauce. They absolutely hate it. They prefer their noodles with cheese on it.

What about spinach pancakes or broccoli/ carrot and potatoe croquets?

If you make your own pasta, you could make noodles in their favorite colors by adding veggies or fruits to the dough. Similarly, pureeing extra veggies into marinara or other sauces could help.
If you don't mind frying things, you could try veggie tempura? This could help because you could call them veggie fries.
My nephew has autism and he's been slowly trying out new foods and getting better at being less picky, but it has taken time, patience, and lots of exploration. So that's good news!
