Look into the gentle Ferber method. Much gentler than CIO and it works really well :)

Can you get help from a friend or relative to get some time to yourself? Don’t be afraid to ask…

I’m with you! How old is your baby? My son is 7 weeks tomorrow. I thought the sleep was supposed to get better!

I used the Hannah Love Gentle approach to sleep. Doesn't involve leaving them to cry at all. She runs free courses at different points in the year which was really beneficial but her book has all the info in and a friend used that alone and had success quickly too.

To shave or not to shave

What is everyone planning or done in the past when it comes to shaving downstairs for labour and delivery. And if it’s not shaven when waters have broken has anyone stopped to shave or planning on doing it. Just wondering…

Does anyone have one like this? If so, can I try it?

Would you help?

Question inspired by some recent polls seen here; would you help a little girl in the bathroom if her dad asked you to?
If approached by a dad alone with his daughter would you help the little girl in the bathroom with wiping/hand washing if asked? Why or why not?

Anybody know where I can get decent bras?!

Anyone know anywhere I can get bras where the bit joining the cup isn't a bit of dental floss😂
I like fuller cups with the middle bit being higher up the cups to hold it together. Also light padding and not fussed whether it has wire or not, but I'm really struggling to find bras after stopping breastfeeding. 😔

Advice on pumping and bottles

Hi, i’m looking for advice/tips to get my breastfed baby (3wks) to take a bottle
She currently just goes on the boob but i’m trying to get her to take a bottle, However when i’ve tried she just refuses, i’ve tried using different bottles such as tommy tippy and mam bottles but she still won’t take it

Also wondering about pumping i.e How often should i be pumping ? How to increase my milk supply to make a stash ect

Any advice and tips would be helpful
Thanks
