I have an 8 week old and exclusively breasted for two weeks but baby was struggling with my supply and spent hours and hours at the breast getting frustrated so used formula to make sure she was being fed.
Since then I've been pumping, formula feeding and occasional successful nursing but latching is now difficult.
Any tips to build my supply? I've been drinking lots of water, doing lots of skin to skin and taking moringa capsules. I have endometriosis so avoid taking phytoestrogens (fennel, fenugreek) which are unfortunately meant to be good for building supply.
Only producing 50ml per session from both breasts.and this declines as the day goes on. I feel like it should be at least double if I'm exclusively pumping? Should I just accept there is nothing more I can do to increase supply? I'd love my baby to be having more of my breast milk if I am unable to breastfeed directly.
Please help!

How many times are you pumping?
Have you heard of power pumping so it’s a 1 hour session, pump for 20 then rest for 10, pump for 10 rest for 10, pump for 10. They say do this twice a day for a week and it should help 😊x
I’m a FTM looking for some advice please.
I’ve just started putting my 9 week old in her sleeping bag at night the temperature when we go to bed is around 20/21 degrees I have been putting her in a 1 tog sleeping bag with her sleepsuit per the guide on the sleep bag. The temperature is dropping to about 16/17 degrees throughout the night making it colder.
Would you continue to put her in the 1 tog or would you put her in a warmer tog when she’s going to bed knowing the temperature is going to drop? I am worried about overheating her. TIA xx

I breastfed for 18 months and it was more because I knew it was good for baby and then when we got into it, it was for convenience and ease. But I also felt that it took things away like baby being able to spend long periods of time with family (he wouldn’t take a bottle), and also I had a lack of freedom lol.
I’d do it again and don’t regret it but I never got the “I love breastfeeding, I love the closeness, it’s magical” kinda feeling that I read people talking about.

Help?!!!! My 18 month old from the day he was born has been absolute hell past 4pm. No matter how much sleep he has he whinges and cries at EVERY thing, all evening. My partner is really stressed out with it, as we thought by now he might have grown out of it. He’s sleeps 7:30pm- 6am, and 11:30-1:30 day nap. Eats WELL, that is what he actually mostly whinges at now… Always screaming at the kitchen cupboards. I don’t know what to do😩 is this happening to anyone else

Has anyone got any advice on sleep training? My nearly 15 week old is fine at night sleeps in her moses basket in our room still but in the day she will not go down in the cot in the living room as soon as I put her down she’s awake and won’t go back to sleep 😩

When did you start using tampons after birth?
I’m 6 weeks post c-section today and started my first period. I absoloutely hate pads with a passion I’m so fed up of them I just want to start using tampons again but information online is misleading.

Did anyone find that when they got their period their milk supply got less? Think my first period is starting and noticed I'm finding I'm pumping less and less milk at the moment and wonder if they're connected.
