I’m a FTM looking for some advice please.
I’ve just started putting my 9 week old in her sleeping bag at night the temperature when we go to bed is around 20/21 degrees I have been putting her in a 1 tog sleeping bag with her sleepsuit per the guide on the sleep bag. The temperature is dropping to about 16/17 degrees throughout the night making it colder.
Would you continue to put her in the 1 tog or would you put her in a warmer tog when she’s going to bed knowing the temperature is going to drop? I am worried about overheating her. TIA xx

My daughter goes to bed and it’s 21 degrees I dress her in a long sleeve vest baby grow and a 1tog sleep bag. She also is a blanket baby and has her blanket so she’s never cold and she doesn’t over heat. She tends to sleep better infact because she doesn’t feel the temperature change anymore as before she was waking up around 2/3 when it dropped. Unless it gets lower than 16 degrees I’d keep to the 1tog xx

My baby sleeps better if he dress warmer. He would be frozen if he dresses 1.0 tog even 20/21 degrees.

How does the baby feel? How does she sleep? The guides are just guides. Both my babies have always needed more layers to feel comfortably warm x

Try just adding a vest under her sleepsuit, it might be all she needs 😊
Baby girl is 6 weeks. Had her first proper poo-splosion yesterday. White vest. Pink sleepsuite. Does poo just not come out?!?! It’s been washed twice and still has very prominent yellow stains😳😳 am I missing a trick?! Or is my babies poo just fairy bio proof 🤣😭. Any tips greatly welcomed!!!

currently my LO (7 months) bedtime is 12am to 7am wake up for a feed then goes straight to sleep and wakes up around 10:30/11am. Has two naps in the day the latest ones around 6-8pm. It works for me because I sleep at the same time as her. But I don’t want her to sleep like this forever.. anyone had the same issue 😩 NEED HELP on how to adjust it and push back her bedtime to an earlier one or will it happen naturally …?

My little boy is 5 months old. From two weeks old he's been an awful sleeper, whenever we put him in his next 2 me crib he would be so active (leg slamming, arms flapping, rubbing his face) that it would wake him up after 20 minutes or so. When he was about 2 months old me and my partner started sleeping in shifts so one of us could sit up and hold him. A month ago I started co-sleeping with him to just try and get done extra sleep overnight but to be honest, it makes little difference. I'm currently up for the 3rd time in 4 hours, I'm lucky if ever get more than an hours sleep next to him. My partner has him at the start and end of the night so I get a few hours then but it's really taking its toll and we're both extremely sleep deprived. I guess I just thought by 5 months his active sleep might've calmed down but if anything it seems to getting worse the last few nights, and he will only sleep being held.
I also miss my partner massively, we've not slept in the same room for months. I feel like I've missed out on that lovely part of being a new mummy and having baby in the crib next to us, and nights have just become something to dread.
Haa anyone else been through this with their little one and when did it improve? It feels neverending at the moment and I just need to know it will improve at some point.

Is it normal for a 3 week old to still be grunting and loudly snuffling when sleeping?! My baby boy is quite loud and I thought this only lasted a week or so after birth 🤔
