My little boy is 5 months old. From two weeks old he's been an awful sleeper, whenever we put him in his next 2 me crib he would be so active (leg slamming, arms flapping, rubbing his face) that it would wake him up after 20 minutes or so. When he was about 2 months old me and my partner started sleeping in shifts so one of us could sit up and hold him. A month ago I started co-sleeping with him to just try and get done extra sleep overnight but to be honest, it makes little difference. I'm currently up for the 3rd time in 4 hours, I'm lucky if ever get more than an hours sleep next to him. My partner has him at the start and end of the night so I get a few hours then but it's really taking its toll and we're both extremely sleep deprived. I guess I just thought by 5 months his active sleep might've calmed down but if anything it seems to getting worse the last few nights, and he will only sleep being held.
I also miss my partner massively, we've not slept in the same room for months. I feel like I've missed out on that lovely part of being a new mummy and having baby in the crib next to us, and nights have just become something to dread.
Haa anyone else been through this with their little one and when did it improve? It feels neverending at the moment and I just need to know it will improve at some point.

Had been through same with my little one till it got too exhausting. I had to practice Ferber method and now he sleeps on his own. You can try it mama 🤗

My little girl is also 5 months, she now refuses her next to me so we brought the cot in, made no difference. We co-sleep but she’s still unsettled for a lot of the night. We are just battling through it because I refuse to do any sleep training that involves letting her just cry, I’d rather she knew I was always instantly there when she needed me

How much sleep are you offering? Naps lengths, bed time, wake time etc? Could be you’re expecting him to sleep more than he is capable of. Some babies are more restless than others. Does he wake himself up from it or just keeping you awake? Could be an underlying medical reason which is causing him to stir so much. Is he teething? The nights are rough but they don’t last for ever (it wasn’t until 9/10 months my baby started sleeping better). Now I just don’t sleep 😩🤣
Baby girl is 6 weeks. Had her first proper poo-splosion yesterday. White vest. Pink sleepsuite. Does poo just not come out?!?! It’s been washed twice and still has very prominent yellow stains😳😳 am I missing a trick?! Or is my babies poo just fairy bio proof 🤣ðŸ˜. Any tips greatly welcomed!!!

currently my LO (7 months) bedtime is 12am to 7am wake up for a feed then goes straight to sleep and wakes up around 10:30/11am. Has two naps in the day the latest ones around 6-8pm. It works for me because I sleep at the same time as her. But I don’t want her to sleep like this forever.. anyone had the same issue 😩 NEED HELP on how to adjust it and push back her bedtime to an earlier one or will it happen naturally …?

How long do you spend burping during the night before giving up?

11 months after having a baby and we had sex probably twice or 3 times I can't even remember. I love my husband so much that i feel sorry for him. I have zero libido but I don't mind trying, it's just the thought of it makes me feel sick like I have never had sex before in my whole life. If someone was in the same place what did you do? I co sleep and breast feed for context.
