Please could you give me your 1 nap schedule including when you give first milk, breakfast, snacks and lunch!
Also, do you take lo out in the morning? I feel like my lo falls asleep in the buggy but am struggling to be able to stay indoors all morning!

then around 12:30 lunch.
nap around 1:00-2:30
wake up: another snack 3:00
tea time: 5:00
wait for his belly to settle, then bath around 6:00
prep his bedtime milk and read him a story downstairs and then he’s normally in bed between 6:30-7:00 depending on how quick his bath is and books are! :)
hope this helps x

Mine is 15 months but this has been our schedule for the last month or so:
7am - wake (sometimes earlier), change and breastfeed (only milk he has now)
8/8:30am - breakfast
11am - lunch (sometimes a bit later)
12pm - nap (could be a bit earlier if he woke early)
2pm - wake, snack (usually yoghurt and fruit)
Sometimes a light snack like baby crisps or fruit to get to dinner
5:30pm - dinner with pudding (aim to give a milky pudding e.g. Greek yogurt and fruit around 6pm)
7:30pm - bed
We switched all bottles to his water cup a few months ago and he just wasn't interested in taking milk from it so just gave up and offered extra water and yoghurt

Wakes 6-6:30am
Offer water and fruit first e.g. pear, apple, banana, satsumas, blueberries
7-7:30-breakfast
10:30–11 bottle then nap for 2-3 hours
1:30-lunch
3:30-snack
4:30-5:30-dinner
6:30-bottle and bed

She drinks lots of water from an open cup throughout the day.
My baby boy is 4 months old almost 5 and is formula fed. He has been pooping green for months now and my nurse practitioner didn’t have anything to say about it.. is this normal? He doesn’t complain and is a healthy boy!

After making it this far without giving a dummy, I'm finally caving (no judgement or questions please, just personal preference). Over the last month, my girl has started sucking on 2 fingers constantly to soothe herself and she's making them red raw. 2 people have told me recently that they think she cries more than the average baby and that breaks my heart thinking she's unhappy. So hence the decision to give a dummy... but i have a few random questions. Does your baby have access to a dummy all of the time, or just when you want them to start settling down? Do you find you're constantly waking in the night to put it back in before mouth if it falls out? I don't really want her to constantly have it in her mouth, ideally just to help soothe herself for naps and sleep. I understand there's a risk she might not accept a dummy this far along but with how much she loves sucking things, I think she will. I'm also however worried about creating yet another sleep association with it, as I am already pretty guilty of feeding to sleep

For mums who have been through this before, what did you do with your little one’s bedtime & morning wake up routine / timings when the clocks go back in October? I’ve got a 5 month old and looking for advice on how should I mange the change with her.

The only way my husband can get our 5 day old baby boy to sleep is to have him in arms being rocked or in this swing. He says he and his ex let my SD sleep in her swing for months because she needed the incline for reflux.
Google says baby should not be in the swing for more than an hour a day. But Google also says no cosleeping and I feel like swing or cosleeping might be the only ways to ever sleep.
My husband is wonderful and is taking 8pm-2am and we're barely home and already exhausted. Is this OK?

I am looking for some advice. My baby is 15 weeks old and he does not go down for the night till 12 o'clock.
We are doing night time routine between 7-8 pm depends on his last nap, he goes down for like 30-45 min wakes up crying, we can settle down in minutes but he does not go back to sleep till 11:30-12:00. I am nursing him 1x maybe 2x before he actually goes down. 😅
I tried to postpone the nighttime routine for 9-10 pm and get him down for one more nap; he does the same thing just going to bed at 1 am 🤦🏽♀️
During the day he also does not sleep much. Like 3 hrs in total, but since he born is the same, not sleeping much.
After he finally goes to sleep he has a good 5 hr stretch of sleep which I am very grateful for, but I really want his bedtime to be at 8-ish. Thank you.
