Sleep regression

Anyone elses little one having a real hard time sleeping at the moment/recently??My 5 month old (5 months today) for the last few days has been battling to nap in the day. He would always nap 3 times a day with 2.5hr wake windows at tops, yet now hes lasting 3-4hrs and whining beause hes so exhausted. We have tried absolutely everything to get him to sleep and he still struggles. I really dont know whats going on😩

We had this, lasted about a week and a half.
The best thing I found for my own sanity was just to go for a walk, he ends up falling asleep in the pushchair 😅 or I’ll drive to my mums (she’s 30 mins away) so gives him time to just fall asleep and I get a coffee by the end of it.
Night time was never an issue with wake ups but he would FIGHT going to sleep all the time
I also found that he would not settle on my partner at all, luckily that ended because he would scream the house down and my partner felt awful about it because he couldn’t help and felt lost

This has been going on for us since 16 weeks and he's almost 6 month now 😂. I have no idea what helps, some days are slightly better than others, some days he really tests the limit with a nice 40 second nap 😂

Weaning poos

Is it normal for a baby to constantly poo when they start weaning? My daughter is pooing so much since we started weaning last week, as in every nappy has some amount of poo in it. Just want to make sure this is normal before contacting doctors etc

Talking

My son is 2 years and 6 months he can say alot of words me and his dad can make out what he's saying and he has improved a lot since starting nursery in January

However I know I shouldn't compare but when I see kids his age, they're speaking in sentences, can directly ask for what they want, and their communication is much more stronger. However, my son has great understanding and can follow instructions. His speech is not clear, but people can understand him. I don't know what I can do to support him further and I don't know if I should be concerned enough to take him to the doctors. I've taken him to the doctors before and they said that because he can understand things, he will eventually pick up more words and start saying sentences. This was when he was 2 years old.

Rolling around

Help! My son is a little over nine months old and changing his diaper and putting clothes on him is an absolute nightmare. Anybody have any suggestions to help me not lose my sanity with changing and dressing my little alligator at this point?
I’ve tried singing and toy distraction and at this point it doesn’t work anymore. Lol.
