Need help!

My lo is currntly 8months old. She have been sleeping through the night since she was 2months. She is comparatively really calm and a sound sleeper too. I put her to bed at around 8pm every night feed her to sleep and she sleeps till 7 am the next day. But since the past two weeks her bedtime have gotten so messed up she would not go to bed till around 9:30 or worst cases sometimes stays awake till 11:30ish. She wakes up like 4 or 5 times at night as well. Her daytime naps have also messed up with just 2 naps every day. Should I be concerned? Writing this post while trying to nurse her to sleep while she thinks I’m her new jungle gym and keeps climbing over me🤦🏽‍♀️

This is completely normal! Babies go through sleep regressions and with. Breastfeeding it’s just as bad or worse. My daughter is about to be 16 months and she nurses to sleep. We cosleep and she will wake up in the night still to nurse. I just throw her on and we go back to bed. It will get easier. I just got her down to sleep and trying to get her on a schedule has been hard. This is night two of getting her to sleep by 9pm which is the time I want her asleep by.

Did anyone else’s epidural not work?

Writing retrospectively here. I had a epidural with my 1st baby in 2025 and it pretty much had no effect, I was in absolute agony the whole time (hours). Anyone else experience this?

Midwife now says this isn’t normal and I shouldn’t have been in pain.
Due my 2nd in 6 weeks and debating weather I should go for one again. 😣

Am I killing my supply?

So my almost 2 month old has started sleeping for 5.5 hours before waking for his first feed of the night. I usually get him to bed around 10 or 11 right after pumping from both sides and bottle feeding. When he wakes up in the night, either 3:30am or 4:30am, he only eats from one boob then he's back to sleep for another 3 hours. I'll still be engorged in both when he wakes btw. So that means that only one of my boobs is getting emptied throughout the whole night. Basically my question is will this kill my supply?? In one boob or both? What about when he starts sleeping through the night do I need to wake myself up to pump once a night to keep my supply? I still feed/pump every 2 hours or so during the day. But I just don't want to kill my supply because I'm doing the night-time feeds wrong.

Help I need milk

I am 5 weeks pp and struggling even producing an oz. I have two other children 10 and 8 that breast fed for yrs and it was never a problem. I have not had an appetite since I gave birth so eating might be an issue. But I’m also very stressed with my relationship. Any tips I appreciate.

Hunger cues…

Mommas, what’s your babies hunger cues in the night? My little one is 3 months old and has 1 bottle in the night but I don’t know her cues. She stirs a lot so I’m still not getting any good rest as any little noise wakes me up. What are the signs your babies do? Or have done? She moves and I just instantly think she needs a bottle?!

How many people cosleep?

I cosleep (bedshare) with my 7 month but not by choice anymore haha (I’m over it). I feel so alone in my cosleeping. How many people here cosleep? My baby boy won’t even sleep in the next to me crib, absolutely cannot stand it and I don’t know what to do. Weve tried sleep training him in the crib but it did not work at all and made him more afraid. I’m hoping to move him to his cot before I start work in a couple months! Is that an impossible task??
