Hi! My 6 month old has got into the habit of wanting to start the day at 5am instead of 6:30 - what is the best way to manage this?

Following as we're in the same boat and pretty much tried everything!

We had this around 7.5m and we dropped the 3rd nap as I think he was getting too much day sleep not sure if 6m is a bit young for that though?! Have you got blackout blinds? I also read to treat anything before 6 as nighttime so try to resettle keeping lights / interaction low etc. Failing that I used to just try to hold out until at least 6 to feed and start the day.

As Emily does, we treat anything before 6am as still nighttime - getting up for the day is not an option! So if he's calm I'd just leave him in his cot, or if not, I'd go and resettle him in the dark as I would in the middle of the night.

Could it be the lighter mornings? My son has started this too (he's 8mo) but i just go in, don't interact with him pop his dummy on and pat his bum he does tend to nod back off. Could you look at a black out blind maybe x

Us too. I can usually feed and nap a bit in the main bed if in lucky but have a short window otherwise it's we're getting up.
My 6 months old rolls a lot in her crib. Last night she bumped her head on ut when rolling. Any recommendations or links to get some sort of padded protector around the crib??

Hello!
I am struggling with my 20 months old. She’s amazing but when it’s time to go to sleep she just won’t sleep. Napping is almost impossible and bedtime is eternal. It takes me at least an hour to put her to sleep. If I am not literally next to her, she will cry and won’t stop until I come back (she can cry for 30 mins no problem and never get tired). Also she won’t allow my husband to put her to sleep.
I know this is my fault because I didn’t sleep training her correctly when I was supposed to but I keep trying everything and nothing works. Does anyone have any advice on how to teach her to fall asleep?
Thank you for your time!

Hi.
Stupid question as my brain isn’t braining.
My baby is now officially 6m old (happy half birthday!) and I’m wondering what the next step is for using a seat for her bath? She currently has the picture attached and she’s almost grown out of it.
She can’t sit unaided yet, is it the seat I get for her?

So I just need to ask os Huckleberry worth paying for, I need help with my daughter, she has hit the four months stage and last night sent me to the edge, she took over an hour to get her to sleep, I had her asleep around six ISH on me went to transfer after half an hour, and she woke up, checked the app and she needed milk then she went back to sleep around eight ish on me, managed to transfer her to her cot till 10 ISH she had another bottle and went straight back to sleep afterwards but then started fussing around two ISH in the cot eyes closed but whining, I put the dummy in and she went back to sleep and she did this again, still with her eyes closed about half an hour after, then up for four am, had some milk and a nappy change back down near five till eight in the morning, I have been tracking it on huckleberry and wondered if it was worth paying for the premium to get more advice on how to get her to sleep through like she used to, I am going to do a bathing routine three times a week as they not to bathe a baby too much and then I am trying to have wind down times between half six and seven, I am knackered and trying anything but does anyone else's child fuss during the night? Mine does I said before but she doesn't open her eyes or anything so I pop the dummy in to sooth her and try and let her fall back to sleep herself, I watch to see if her eyes open at all. Am I doing this right because I am confused and tired.

We made its 10 weeks exclusively breast feeding just to find out my baby has cmpa and possibly a soy sensitivity and the dietary restrictions are too much. I also don’t mind formula feeding she’s been doing well with it. We started all this in last 3 days. Any advice?
