Baby not wanting to be put in crib at night

Is anyone else’s baby just crying as soon as they’re put down? I’m thinking it’s the sleep regression as during the day time, she fights her naps. I can actually put her down during the daytime though. Just past two days she doesn’t go into the next to me crib at night and just wants to be held and cuddled whilst she sleeps.

Baby Constipation

Willing to try anything at this point if anyone has any suggestions 😩 my little guy who is 7 months old started having some issues with bowel movements approx. 3 weeks ago. His poops were becoming more firm and harder for him to get out. I ensure he drinks enough fluids, we do regular exercises & tummy massages, he’s on a probiotic and sees a chiropractor weekly.

I started giving him prunes and other fibrous foods, reducing any foods harder to digest which still did not help. After 2 weeks of him screaming in pain every time he tried to release anything, often disrupting his sleep, I took him to the doctor. They suggested restoralax and a suppository. The suppository helped him have a few good poops for 24 hrs and we are back to square one, if not worse 😔

Open to any tips before we go back to the doctor. He is so exhausted from not sleeping properly (as am I). My heart breaks seeing him in so much pain and not being able to offer anything other than comfort.

Routines

So I’m well aware that it’s kinda impossible to have a routine with newborns but I’m curious if anyone has found a routine which is working for them and supporting with longer sleep stretches at night?

Alert/ active babies

I am a first time mum and I seem to have a very active/alert baby for 15 weeks, for example she started rolling at 10 weeks. Im so proud of her but I find having an active/alert baby has its challenges, and I find it hard to talk about it with other mums. Eg. Napping/switching off and feeding

I feel I downplay what she can do and get anxious when I have shared her accomplishments in the past. I also feel awkward when she does something advanced infront of other mums, especially when they start saying “ x can’t do that yet”
I really want to be able to celebrate the big milestones as I feel it’s one of the joys of parenthood but instead I get anxiety.
I was just wondering if there are any other mums in the same boat?

Co-sleeping and nursing to sleep

I have a 13 month old who is used to co-sleeping and nursing to sleep. Has anyone had any luck weaning off the nursing to sleep while co-sleeping? I also don’t want to do the cry-it-out cold turkey method.

Problems with pumping??

Hi everyone, ftm mum here so very new to all this! Ive chosen to combi feed with both breast and expressed milk and was advised by the midwife to breastfeed, then pump after. Ive done this in total 3 times now but it seems that only when I pump, then at my babys next feed, she isnt as full and cries for more and my boobs dont seem as full. She's always content after a feed when I havent pumped, it seems that pumping is just depleting my milk supply and my milk supply isnt building back up in time for her next feed if that makes sense? Am I doing it wrong or is this normal??
