I saw another post about scars the second time around and how they heal. I am curious if anyone had a bad scar the first time around then had it "revised" the second time and kind of cleaned up? With my first section I got an infection at the incision site and ended up getting a pretty big keloid (which I've never gotten on any other scar). I am hoping that this can be fixed during the second section. I am aware that I there is a chance that I could get another keloid. But has anyone had any success with this?

Hiiii! I’m currently 16 days post c section number 2 and had a similar first time experience to you, just no infection. My scar healed so badly and I had a huge keloid. I have had a different consultant and medical team this time, and it seems there was a lot that wasn’t done in my recovery last time (I wasn’t stood up post op until 18+ hours etc).
Anyway, my scar is already looking so much nicer than my first ever did. They cut it the keloid this time and just created a brand new incision.
So yeah, it’s defo possible to get it revised. But I can’t say for definite that the keloid is gone at this long. I do have high hopes though!!
