So im 21 weeks pregnant and OMG the gut pain when needing to poop got me questioning if I can even handle pain. 😅I have never experienced what the dogs call a shaky leg poo before but now I have. Idek if the needing to poop pain is something that is supposed to happen durning pregnancy. If it is, is there anything I can do/eat that will make pooping more idk pleasant. 🙃

I get it. I had the same thing through out my pregnancy. I tried stool softeners but that helps only on the 3rd day taking it day 1 and day 2. Something that helped me was Avocados, not 1 or 2 , having more Avocados a day , bananas some spinach and cutting down the cold water. I know the ice makes you feel calm during this time but warm water helped a little. If you are someone like me pooping a couple of days once then it might be a struggle try pooping daily. My intake was very little so I get to poop even 5days once 😅 something more in fiber, veggies but you need more fiber a day . I even tried enema and even Enemeez, it's a tube you can find in Amazon. But after so many weeks I could figure out with foods.

And yes , the shaky things happens during pregnancy. My magnesium was low from the beginning of pregnancy and during the delivery my legs were shaky and there i got the cramps in my legs , which was worst , Hope you get to eat more fiber and concentrate on magnesium levels Congrats on your pregnancy:)

I had to take lactulose pregnant
I was told that you could only have a scan every 2 weeks but I’ve got 3 in one week

I’m 20 weeks pregnant today with my second baby, i haven’t really felt much movement in this pregnancy which is abit strange, i’ve felt the odd kick or flutter but that’s all is it normal to feel like this it. I do have a scan tomorrow to check everything is okay. last pregnancy i had scans but i’ve only had about 3 in this pregnancy as i went away for 2 week so my next one is tomorrow. just want to be reassured that everything is okay because i stress myself out all the time 😩 xx

Anyone else been diagnosed? I had my glucose test and got the dreaded phone call today to say it came back abnormal. I wasn’t expecting it at all😑

Just been informed by my GP I have under active thyroid. Could be hereditary, but I’m also wondering could it be due to postpartum (almost 9 months).
Anybody experienced this? Anybody found their levels went back to normal? I really don’t want to be on medication for the rest of my life.
