C section incision

I’m 4 months pp I had an emergency c section however my incision is still not fully closed up. I’m having to wear dressings every day and there’s holes that haven’t closed that leak.
I just want to know if this is normal or if anyone else has had a similar experience. It’s not infected or anything it’s completely clean just not healing.

I had this with mine as I had hematomas underneath that had to drain out. They did an ultrasound to assess the size of the hematomas and told me the 2cm hole would close once it had drained which it did after about 8 weeks. Hopefully yours will resolve soon, have you been back to the hospital?

I had this mine only just closed 2 months 2 weeks post op it’s very normal you should be getting weekly points from doctors nurse for something like this d

VBAC or Elective C-section

Hi!
So this is my second pregnancy, 37 weeks right now. In first pregnancy, I had delivery through emergency c section, no labour at all. Anyone in similar situation and what did you opt for in second pregnancy- VBAC or Elective C-Section? What were the reasons for selecting any of the two and how was the experience?

Do share your experiences. It will put me at better position to decide. 😊

Sick

Hey, I’m 25 weeks tomorrow. At 4am I woke up and my stomach was gurgling loudly. I went to the bathroom and it was complete water coming out. I went back to bed and an hour and a half later was back in the bathroom. I attempted to go to work (8:45 start). By 9:30 I had gone to the bathroom twice and at 10 I went and ended up throwing up my breakfast (into a garbage can) as I was on the toilet. I went home at 12 and forced myself to eat a few Wheat Thins and sip some water. I fell asleep till 4 and then was back in the bathroom. I’ve been in and out of sleep since. I’m worried about dehydration and the lack of me being able to eat for my baby. What should I do?
