Feeling stuck

After updating my fertility team with news of my second chemical, they have advised me that they cannot give any further rounds of letrozole to assist with ovulation as I have now had the max allowable on the nhs, I’m also not eligible for further assisted fertility treatments as me and my husband have one child already. She said my only option now is going to be going private.
Has anyone else gone private for ovulation support and how much did it cost? Any low cost options? TIA

Trying for baby number 2

When we decided to try for baby number 1, I was already pregnant. We have now decided to try for baby number 2 and I just wanted peoples advice on what worked and if they took anything to help conceive. I have irregular periods so I’m a bit more anxious.

Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT)

After BP checks came back higher than normal, I was sent to maternity triage for further checks. My bloods came back fine except ALT which was at 35. Normal range is 0-34.

Has anyone had experience of this and what does it mean?

I have two further BP appointments booked for Saturday and next Monday. I’ll be 29 weeks tomorrow.
