Won’t take bottle

Hey mommies, I just want to ask for advice. I’m exclusively breastfeeding my baby but at his last visit he dropped weight and the doctor recommended supplementing with formula. My baby won’t take any bottle I’ve tried different baby bottles, but it won’t work. He just plays with the nipple

My baby is the same. She is tongue tied and upper/lower tip tied. She just cant. The best I found were the Philips Avent but she wont anymore. Have you met with an lactation consultant? I had a lot of good advice with my first that way. My second is her own vibe and for now we direct nurse.

Also, rice cereal in bottles is quite a rare thing these days. Did they tell you why? Our peds have all said that its a huge choking risk and not recommended anymore except in really specific cases.

Tampons after birth

When did you start using tampons after birth?

I’m 6 weeks post c-section today and started my first period. I absoloutely hate pads with a passion I’m so fed up of them I just want to start using tampons again but information online is misleading.

How did you get your little ones to use the sofa appropriately?

My daughter is 11months and can get up on the sofa but she jumps around on it like she has 9 lives, which obviously doesn’t really mix with a kid who has no sense of danger. She doesn’t get off safely and i can’t trust her to be on it but she’s desperate to do it since shes figured it out. Shes in a climbing phase anything she can be on she is, shes relentless too

My sons 4 and i can’t remember how i did it with him it’s like he just got it randomly, he still climbed alot but always safely

How did you get your young children to be safer on the sofa or just things in general?

3 week old rolled over

I'm a bit baffled because I didn't realise it could happen this soon. Now I'm prange sleeping.

I placed her on her back. When we woke for feeding she was on my belly. 🥴

Period & milk supply

Did anyone find that when they got their period their milk supply got less? Think my first period is starting and noticed I'm finding I'm pumping less and less milk at the moment and wonder if they're connected.
