Any advice would be appreciated

He so my son is 16 month old now and will refuse to sleep in his own room and without a bottle. I’ve tried everything he plays in his room during the day and naps in there he goes down for naps without a bottle but bedtime if he doesn’t have milk he will have a tantrum and cry till he turns blue (not literally) I’ve tried dropping the milk one oz at a time but that dont work he doesn’t use dummies and I’m really not sure what to do anymore he goes bed at 6:30-7pm and naps at 11am for about an hour and 15 mins sometimes 45 mins

Is there a reason you don’t want him to have a bottle before bed?

I mean many kids still have milk at that age. You can try rocking to sleep.
Do you try to have him alone in the room or without milk? You can’t do both.
Best is layering alternatives to milk like rocking

I’ve been feeling so down. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about certain stuff but I’ve just been feeling so depressed lately. Idk what it is. I don’t even want to brush my hair or teeth. None of my pre pregnancy clothes fit I’m almost 5 months postpartum. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been in my whole life 😭 I feel like my bd ruined my life. Not because I have his baby. But because he completely changed after I got pregnant and was cheating on me my whole pregnancy. He put me in a fucked up situation and I can’t get past it. Is it normal to get ppd months later? I haven’t felt this way until just recently. 🫠 I’m just so drained I have no energy to cook or clean. I only shower because me and my baby shower together or I would probably shower every couple of days. 😪 I don’t even feel pretty or recognize myself when I look in the mirror…

My sons doctor said we can use melatonin, is she right?

Last time I questioned about melatonin and a lot of mommies said no to it. My son doesnt have a legit sleep schedule yet. Its hectic. I cant stay up until 430am anymore. I give him melatonin and hes out 30 min after I give it to him for the rest of the night. He also likes taking late nights because hes in school from 1 to 4...what would you suggest?

Breast Pump - Recommendations

Hi all! As a first time mama to be, what do you all recommend for the best breast bump? I know insurance covers this so was hoping to get an idea of what brands are best!

Night-time nappies

My little boy is 8 weeks old. We're using Tesco's
/Aldi nappies during the day. But they just aren't lasting during the night. What nappies is everyone using for nightime?

To tell or not to tell?

My MIL oversteps boundaries, disrespects our parenting decisions and belittles me as a mother in various ways. The first time she did this was when we brought my baby home from hospital and she stayed with us, the second time was recently.
She lives in another country so we only see her once or twice a year. Is it worth telling my husband how I feel or just leave it as he obviously loves her so always excuses her behaviour as 'trying to help' and I don't want to make him sad :/
