Pregnant with second 12 months PP, pre eclampsia and IUGR with first pregnancy

My little girl turns 1 this month, this week I have found out I am pregnant (very early) this pregnancy was not planned and I am feeling very overwhelmed. I had a very traumatic pregnancy with my little girl, pre eclampsia, IUGR, born at 34 weeks weighing 3lb and requiring a month in NICU. I’m petrified this will happen again. Has anyone got any positive (or negative 😩) stories who are in/ have been in a similar situation?

Glucose test!!

Hey guys so I took my 1hr glucose test yesterday haven’t gotten my results back yet but I’m hoping I don’t have gestational diabetes I haven’t had it in all 3 of my pregnancies but this last pregnancy has been so different from the rest with more problems and I’m just hoping and praying things are good because I’m already dealing with anemia, low platelets, blood pressure being low a lot of the times on top of other issues.

Just looking for some advice

Ive been in and out of hospital for the past week or so, with swelling, flashing lights, ongoing headache, and a high bp that wont lower. I was put on bp tablets which they have now doubled my dosage.
Im 36 weeks and i feel as if the hospital isnt doing a lot to help, theyve booked me a scan and given me medication, but considering theyre questioning preeclampsia i feel like not much else is being done.
Does anyone have any advice on what i should do, or has anyone else been through a similar situation and it turned out to be fine? Im a first time mum and im not really sure what i should be expecting

How’s everyone feeling now nearly everyone is in the second trimester? 🥲

Started to slowly feel like myself again but still feel quite exhausted and still need an afternoon nap some days! Nausea is a hit or miss at the moment!

Although my birth plan didn't turn out the way I wanted . I finally had my baby yesterday and he's healthy. Thank God !

Appetite

Is anyone else really struggling with food in the 3rd trimester? I’m 31 weeks and I either don’t feel hungry at all or I’ll be starving and make something then when I start eating I’m full after a couple of bites. It’s so frustrating. I’ve also been getting heartburn even though I take omeprazole. Eating gaviscon double action like they’re going out of fashion🤣
