Transition to own bed?

My almost 10 month old has been co sleeping with me for a couple months now, and I would like to move her into her own bed so that my husband and I can sleep next to each other again. Her bed is still in our room as she will be sharing a room with her sister only after she turns 1.

She naps in her crib just fine, but when it comes to bed time she will only sleep about an hour in her crib and then wakes non stop until I pull her into bed with me. She gets herself so worked up if I keep putting her in her crib that it takes me about an hour to calm her down after putting her back in bed with me.

I’ve tried to keep putting her back in her cot at least until about midnight just so she can get used to it slowly.

Any tips on how we can get this right? I’m only on day 3 of putting her to bed in her crib but I feel like we should have made a little bit of progress by now, but last night was awful 😩

I’ve been feeling so down. I don’t really have anyone to talk to about certain stuff but I’ve just been feeling so depressed lately. Idk what it is. I don’t even want to brush my hair or teeth. None of my pre pregnancy clothes fit I’m almost 5 months postpartum. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been in my whole life 😭 I feel like my bd ruined my life. Not because I have his baby. But because he completely changed after I got pregnant and was cheating on me my whole pregnancy. He put me in a fucked up situation and I can’t get past it. Is it normal to get ppd months later? I haven’t felt this way until just recently. 🫠 I’m just so drained I have no energy to cook or clean. I only shower because me and my baby shower together or I would probably shower every couple of days. 😪 I don’t even feel pretty or recognize myself when I look in the mirror…

Separation anxiety from nursery 😅

My little one has had her settle in sessions this week and she has turned into a nightmare since, She cries every time I put her down or walk out the room, even in the night she used to sleep in her cot absolutely fine and if she woke she would just roll over and go back to sleep but now she wakes in screaming because she can’t see us 🥲
She was such a confident and happy little girl but now she’s just screaming all the time, I feel like she’s changed over night after a couple sessions
I’m wondering if it’s because she’s been left at nursery she’s now worried we going to leave her? Anyone else experience this, Will she go back to her normal happy self?
Mum guilt hard! Shes nearly one

Baby’s Cow Lick

My baby boy (5 months) has a CRAZY cowlick it’s on the front of his head, he’s had it of course since birth but now that his hair is growing in it has become very noticeable & difficult to tame. I am considering shaving his during the summer so hopefully help the outcome. Has anyone dealt with harsh cowlicks? What did you do?

4am wake ups

So my mum had my kid overnight a couple weeks ago and for some reason decided that when he woke up at 4.15 that was when they’d start their day. She knew damn well he doesn’t get up at that time we lived with the woman, she was just trynna be annoying because we were moving out. Anyways ever since then he’s carried on the ridiculous time wake ups, doesn’t matter how shit of a nights sleep he has he’s up, and I am DONE! I’ve tried desperately every single day to rock him back to sleep, I’ve tried ignoring him if he’s okay but then he’s wide awake and definately not going back to sleep. Trying to rock him ends in me covered in bruises and he hurts himself too (he does this all day every day but he’s under ever specialist possible so there’s no one new I can speak to). I rock him to sleep at bedtime and nap time every day fine. I’ve tried keeping him awake until his usual nap time but kid is passing out on the floor at 11am, I can’t let him have a longer nap cuz he won’t sleep at all then, and I can’t push back bedtime and just have a longer evening cuz it’s just a screaming match again with the hurting us both. I need him to go back to sleep, I’m not going to sleep train him. Before this he was up at half 7 maybe 8. What actually works to get a kid back to sleep cuz I’m lost.
17 months, 35 weeker,
TIA

Unplanned pregnancy

Recently found out I’m pregnant with a 4th baby. This baby would put us at 4 under 6. Sounds crazy to say out loud. I love love love my kids and adore the baby phase but this seems like a possible mental breakdown. I know people say “you’ll never regret having the baby” but will this come at the expense of my mental health and each of my other three feeling my love and presence?

Oh I’m a stay at home mom and pretty much do everything without a lot of help. My husband is an amazing partner he just works so hard to provide a wonderful life for us!

Thank you for reading this. Really struggling to figure out the “right” answer
