My little girl goes to bed at 9pm and tends to wake for a feed between 2 and 4am x

About 8:30/9 and first wake it about midnight and then again at about 3/4 am. Wake up for the day between 6:30 and 7am

We give her her last feed at 7pm ish, then cuddle her as she doesn’t go to sleep usually until 10. If we put her in a bassinet before that she does not sleep at all.
We all go up about 10 and give her a dream feed, then put her in her crib and she sometimes sleeps through, sometimes wakes at 3/4 for a feed

My twins go down about 7pm and then my boy wakes around half 5/6am and my girl wakes around 7am.
They have had a bedtime routine since they were around 6 weeks old. They have a bath around 6ish (one after the other) and then we go into the bedroom and turn off all lights apart from a night light. We then give them a big feed (around 7/8 oz) and then we put them down with a projected light down of stars on the ceiling and piano music on and they tend to be asleep by 7.30/8pm.

My daughter has her last nap around 8/9 then when she wakes up she has a nappy change, feed then bed for 10/11. We turn all the lights off so it’s dark and put on rain sounds. She sleeps anywhere from 6am to 8am x

We put him down after a bottle between 6-8pm just depends how he’s fed through the day and most nights he’ll sleep through until 6-7am! Touch wood lol x

No real routine as I can’t work out how to do it as well as getting our toddler down. Last feed tends to be between 6:30 and 8:30 and goes down about an hour after this feed. Luckily, the lack of routine doesn’t seem to have an impact as he sleeps to 5/6 most nights. We had the most lovely, calm consistent routine for my 2023 daughter from a few weeks old and her sleep was awful and still is 😂
