Those of you who get up early and feel awake and refreshed, esp if it wasn't a natural thing for you... How? Even if I went to bed at like 7pm and slept I could still easily sleep until like midday the next day. I've always been an insanely tired person and could sleep all day but i feel like I'm wasting my days. I want to be one of those people who can get up early get ready, instead I struggle getting up when my alarm goes off or I'll sleep until late afternoon if I can then get up feeling groggy and unmotivated to do anything the entire day.

Could be chronic fatigue syndrome id get checked out my your dr.

I’d suggest doing your vitamins panel to see if you have any deficiencies. If you address your deficiencies, waking up earlier might become easier for you, along with having more energy.

I was feeling tired constantly, did an iron deficiency test and it came back in had low iron levels, feel loads better when I'm taking them, changed my diet a bit recently too and eating better definitely helps with the motivation xx

I’m usually a morning person, in pregnancy though I wake up quite tired but I guess it’s normal :)

I believe some of us never adjust! My sons been a 6am riser since he was a baby and i still really struggle with it!
I’ve always been this way tho prior to my kid. I just want to sleep 24/7. My blood panels etc are all normal too !

I have always been like this! I could stay in bed all day every day if I didn’t have any responsibilities. My bloods always come back normal too. I also wonder if it’s CFS

If you always feel tired … hows your diet? Are you eating lot of sugar and processed foods? Also are you taking a multivitamin? Bvitamins help. But make sure your iron isnt low and you’re getting protein as well first!
