5 week old feeding every 2hrs

My 5 week old baby is feeding every 2 hours at night, he’s formula fed and this is my second child. He is having 5 oz’s. I am exhausted, I can stretch him but he’s still waking me up. I physically struggle to continue to get up anymore and feel tearful from my sleep deprivation. Can anyone help me? Does he need hungry baby milk? Is it silent reflux? I feel completely lost and alone in how utterly tired I am, nobody understands I’m going on 6 weeks to f feeding my baby every 2 hours.

Struggling to go out with baby

Hi! Ftm to a 3.5 month old and tbh haven’t really gone out of the house with baby except with my husband. I get really bad anxiety and the thought of going out alone with baby is so hard to handle.

I’m also embarrassed that I don’t even know how to use our stroller/car seat. I’ve tried practicing putting baby in and out of car seat and into car but I’m scared if I don’t know what to do if I can’t handle it by myself when I go out. Also haven’t met any mom friends.

And also wake windows? Naps? How do I deal with all this when going out? I just feel so lost and alone in this. Any advice or comments to know I’m not alone.

Baby routines

My baby is 14 weeks old and still in no routine as such. He typically goes to bed at 8.30-9pm and we have a wind down routine from 7pm. But he wakes up at different times and has never slept through. He doesn’t nap at the same time each day and everything is very much baby led. I read about people who have routines and their baby sleeps though.
What’s your experience? I feel like I’m quite a disorganised person and feel bad if it’s on me not being more structured!

Screaming while burping

Does anyone else’s 13 week old scream the place down like you’re murdering them the second you take the bottle out of their mouth to burp them?

Mam bottles sterilising

Hiya silly question…are we meant to clean the condensation from the mam bottles after self sterilising in the microwave?

Or do we assemble and put milk in as they are?
