Has your breast milk regulated?

If so, when did it regulate? I’m so sick of being engorged and having a super strong letdown!

I’m currently 9 weeks post and I have a very strong letdown as well as an oversupply to the point that my baby often chokes on it. It has regulated itself tremendously, I only pump when I am engorged which only happens twice a day now and I feed my baby on demand

I've been breastfeeding my daughter for 2 months, she gave me the beginnings of mastitis in my left breast and it was very painful, I was like this for 2 weeks but I still kept pumping, after that I have a lot of milk

Struggling to go out with baby

Hi! Ftm to a 3.5 month old and tbh haven’t really gone out of the house with baby except with my husband. I get really bad anxiety and the thought of going out alone with baby is so hard to handle.

I’m also embarrassed that I don’t even know how to use our stroller/car seat. I’ve tried practicing putting baby in and out of car seat and into car but I’m scared if I don’t know what to do if I can’t handle it by myself when I go out. Also haven’t met any mom friends.

And also wake windows? Naps? How do I deal with all this when going out? I just feel so lost and alone in this. Any advice or comments to know I’m not alone.

Screaming while burping

Does anyone else’s 13 week old scream the place down like you’re murdering them the second you take the bottle out of their mouth to burp them?

Mam bottles sterilising

Hiya silly question…are we meant to clean the condensation from the mam bottles after self sterilising in the microwave?

Or do we assemble and put milk in as they are?

Please help, baby won’t sleep

My 4 week old baby sleeps pretty at night (we get 3x 3 hours), but during the day he is VERY difficult to get back to sleep. We have tried everything - white noise, rocking, patting, swaying, swaddle, dark calm environment, change of environment, skin to skin going for a walk, going for a drive, burping, relieving any gas etc. - it goes without saying that he well fed and in a clean nappy. We are pretty confident he does not have reflux or colic as it’s not like he is in pain. He will purple cry, sometimes for up to 5 hours and refuses to sleep.

Does anyone have any recommendations/different ideas we can try? I am mentally drained.

Pushchair vs carrycot

Has anybody put their bay in the seat attachment yet or are they still in the carry cot. My baby is really nosey and I feel like she’d benefit from being in the pushchair attachment so that she can see but I still feel like she’s small and should be in the carrycot. I know people with older babies who are still in the carrycot so I’m just not sure.

She cries when she’s in the carry cot but is really happy when I pick her up and she can look around. Think part of it is I’m not ready for her to be in the pushchair as it makes her seem like a bigger baby than she is.

Any advice would be appreciated
