Hi! I have a 5 year old daughter and me and my husband have decided to try for another one. I am so excited but also a bit anxious. I’m currently 35 (36 in august). Everywhere you read it says how your chances of getting pregnant is lower and pregnancies are riskier, so I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance that everything can go fine! 😅

My friend had her 2 children around ages 35 and 37.. both pregnancies absolutely fine and she fell quite quickly. Good luck! x

I’m pregnant with my first at 38 ☺️ pregnancy has been fine so far for me too x

My husband and I decided to start trying again in December 2024 (our little girl was born August 2019).
We fell pregnant twice last year, both pregnancies ended in the first trimester, one before heartbeat was seen and one after.
I am now 38 and 13+1 with what appears to be a healthy pregnancy 🤞🤞 and we've had two reassuring scans saying all looks well.
It is definitely possible, but there may be bumps in the road. Wishing you luck x

Had my youngest at 34, classed as geriatric 😂 I had my others in my teens and early twenties and there’s something different about having a baby mid 30s, my baby’s dad is 40, definitely not too old

Just had my 2nd and I’m 37. Pregnancy was fine, if anything they may monitor you a bit more. I think there’s risks with all pregnancies no matter the age. Only thing I probably get tired and ache more 😂
