My newborn won’t settle unless she’s in my arms and I need sleep. I’m on the verge of passing out constantly and have started hallucinating. Any advice is helpful

I’ve put a shirt I was wearing all day next to my son when he was like this he did outgrow it luckily but sometimes it’s just your smell that’ll help

idk if you believe in it but cosleeping saved me!!! put blankets up to your waist, pillows above your hands and use your body to form a C…. my baby is 7 months now and we cosleep

Look up happycosleeper on instagram and learn about the safe sleep 7 and the C-curl etc - lifesaver!

This was me, and we ended up co-sleeping and at 4month pp we still are. I originally was against the whole thing, safe sleep really gets drilled into you but I’d now argue the safest thing for you and baby is to get some sleep. You’re so hyper aware of any movement it’s ridiculous. My boy literally sleeps in my arms or across my chest.
I’m not a mover in my sleep, but if I need to turn over I just take the baby with me!
Look at the lullabies trust website for help with co-sleeping.
