I’ve cracked daytime sleep- finally! 😅

My daughter has been soooo tricky to get to sleep in the day since 3 months. I feel like I’ve finally cracked it!

White noise is essential to get her to sleep and stay asleep. I’ve bought a white noise machine for pram (where she sleeps in the day) and it’s been amazing!

I was rocking her to sleep in my arms or the pram for aaaages, or going for a drive or long walk. Now unless I need to go out, I get her cosy in the pram put on the white noise machine and whizz up and down the bumpy garden until she falls asleep. Often takes 5 minutes. 👌🏻
Worth a try for anyone still struggling

Bedtime Advice

If my 9 week old used to nap between 7-9pm and then we started bedtime routine around 9pm and went to bed at 10pm but recently has refused to sleep since 5pm until bedtime, is that a sign we should make bedtime earlier than 10pm?
