Is this ungrateful or justified?

So my partner will be proposing this year, I just know it and we have never discussed what ring Id like. I am jewellery wearer and therefore quite particular with my style - after all I’m guna wear it for life. When I have tried to speak to my partner about my preferences he says I’m ungrateful and says he’s offended I think he doesn’t know me. I’ve even sent him photos of exact style. But then I accidentally caught a glimpse on his camera roll of a ring he’s screenshot and it’s a completely different style to what I would choose. I also know it’s close to £1k because it’s very blingy and I just want to tell him NO don’t spend all that money because the ring I actually want is so minimalist and costs half that money. What do I do?

Does it get Easier?

I’m a FTM. I love my son and I really do love being a mom. I lost my job last November and ever since my family ended up going through homelessness and had to figure things out. We are now living in a new apartment and everything is ok, but emotionally I’m just not feeling it. I’m still a sahm and looking for work but we can’t afford child care on top of that. I don’t really know what to do to help my husband support our small family. I feel so lost and overwhelmed. I don’t really have people that I can talk to let alone relate to as I’m only 22 and most of my family thinks I threw my life away. I just need to know if anyone has any recommendations or knows anything I can do. I wanna make things better but honestly how?

Let me see your simple-not simple wedding rings. I am getting married soon although I want to go for a simple one(that’s what we can afford now) I want something that looks real nice. Haha I don’t know if I make sense🫶🏽

Approaching my 6 week check up with the GP. Just wondering what contraception others opted for postpartum. After my last child I never went on to any contraception but this time I am planning to. I hear so many pros and cons surrounding each choice. I’d just like to get others experiences x

How to set boundaries with partner

So my partner has anger and addiction issues!
I want to lay boundaries down but not sure how.
This has been going on years but I'm finally feeling strong enough to stand up and stop putting up with it.
I feel ive enabled some of his behavior as I mostly let it slide!

Copper coil vs mirena

I had a GP appointment this morning and discussed contraception. I used yo be on the pill before the kids and are now only using condoms. I told him I've been thinking of the copper coil as I don'twant to have a hormonal contraceptive. He told me not to choose that one and to choose the mirena coil instead so I wouldn't have any periods.

I don't know why, but having a man telling me to go for a hormonal option pissed me off 🤣

I would love to hear pro and cons for both and which one you've preferred?
