18 weeks and feeling rubbish

Hi, I'm 19 weeks tomorrow (second pregnancy) and I was expecting to feel well during the second trimester (after a really rough first trimester) but instead I have constant headaches, 4 weeks of severe headaches, some nausea and vomiting still happening, I feel exhausted and very uncomfortable and heavy which I don't even remember feeling like this at the end of my first pregnancy. My belly always feels tight and heavy and I just don't have any energy. I have very low blood pressure, which doesn't help. Anyone else struggling in the second trimester? Everyone I talk to seems to have the best time ever and the usual "honeymoon period" and glowing...should I be worried that I'm not feeling well? Obviously I have spoken to GP and midwife, especially about the headaches but they say is:take paracetamol and drink water.. Thank you.

Sorry you feel so awful. I was feeling really sick with headaches and absolutely awful for 22 weeks and although it improved I've never felt any kind of honeymoon period and felt exhausted and heavy the entire time. I felt pretty similar the first time although feel more exhausted this time with more headaches also. I did get told I had low iron which can sometimes make you feel more exhausted. It's so tough when you can't take any stronger medication and it feels like it's going on forever!! Hang in there, hopefully the sickness starts to subside soon xx

For those who had at least 2 full pregnancies. Which one was the hardest??

For those who had more then 2 full pregnancies, please focus on the first 2 only 🙏🏼😊

Are doctors /nurses supposed to ask?

Hey canadian moms... i have a question.... ever since my first birth i always felt like my lady bits looked a little different. Not bad per se but it feels like i had a cut and am not even aware of ut? You know that cut they do that starts with e? I did have epidural at the time so if they did cut i didnt feel it. Are they not supposed to ask me if im ok with it? This was back in 2012. I have no idea if Humber River even keeps records of it. I dont think it was done with my second birth since i dont see no visible difference but ... its kinda upsetting they do stuff without asking or telling us? I was so young and naive at the time so i would have probably caved in anyway but still. I fee like these hospitals
Rush births and it stresses mom and baby more.

Third trimester worries!

I got quite lucky and the 1st and 2nd trimester felt like a breeze for me. This 3rd one is testing me. Naturally I feel more exhausted and tired... However, I'm constantly worrying.. I've suffered with depression in the past and I'm terrified it will come back just as bad! Does anyone else feel like this?

Anxious

Hoping someone has been through something similar or can just ease my anxiety around my second C section. I'm due my second child in July and will be having another elective C section, my first pregnancy was absolutely perfect and I loved my section but this pregnancy has been the complete opposite and I've got low iron and blood pressure which has made me feel really anxious about having another C section. I know it'll likely all be ok but I'm just so so anxious this time round 😭

Is it worth getting a pregnancy ball?

I like the idea of using it but also just think it will be staying in the middle of my living room being not pretty and slightly annoying 😅
