I am 4.5 months postpartum and have been told all 3 pelvic organs have prolapsed grade 1. However at the end of the day, if I do too much walking, I can see the bladder bulge, so I think it’s more like grade 2.
I have been seeing a physio and have started feeling less symptoms. However after waking around most of this afternoon the bulge is still there even though the symptoms are not.
I would love to hear from others, will the bulge ever go or will I just become asymptomatic with the bulge still appearing after busier days? Do I need to come to terms with the fact that it won’t go, so I’m not disappointed every time I see it.

I notice one around that time and I was terrified!! I’m 9.5 months postpartum now and I don’t really notice any bulge anymore like I used to! I didn’t do pelvic floor therapy till recently. Bulge went away before I even started therapy at 8 months. I have a grade one prolapse too

Most likely that the bulge will stay there but you can get to the point your asymptomatic. There's loads of Facebook prolapse groups that you can join. Focus on pelvic floor physio and relaxation. If need there's things like a pessary or hypopressives you can learn to do to help with symptoms. It's a journey! I was so symptomatic at 4.5months pp, I'm now 16m and it's gotten a lot better
