Baby is 10M old. Solid start app says most food to be offered as bite size, but been told by midwife/HV that the older they get the bigger the pieces? How do you offer sandwich for lunch?

Id offer a sandwich without crusts and in fingers. Give more of an opportunity to suck on it with the bread and filling x

They need to master both the pincer grasp and chewing before moving onto bite sized pieces. Before that, things need to be cut in finger-width strips
