Do you think sexual abuse only involves unwanted direct physical contact (touching, kissing, sexual acts, etc) or do you think that sometimes it can involve no direct physical contact at all, but is enough to leave you feeling sexually violated?

Baby dad kicked me out

Me and BD haven’t been able to see eye to eye since the baby was born. We got into really bad a few times and I left last Friday just so we can both get some space for each other. I went back to my house and stayed for the weekend. I ended up getting hospitalized and he had to watch the baby, all our stuff is between my house and his house. my mom lives at my house with my brother and step dad. I let them have the whole house because I moved in with the baby dad after the baby was born. Idk wtf she told him and now he won’t let us come back to live with him. I can’t live at my house because I can’t take care of any of them including my which (which is why I left in the first placex they are all disabled) now he’s says I can’t come back to live at his place and I’m just distraught cause I have no where to go with the baby and I haven’t gone back to work yet. Idk wtf to do. I literally cannot stay at my house, it was only suppose to be for a few days and now I have nowhere to go. I was trying to avoid a fight between me and BD which is the reason I left to begin with. I’m literally losing it. My baby is only 3 months old. I’ve lost my milk supply due to the stress of all this happening. My baby is my world and now I don’t how I’m going to care for him. My mom cannot help me in the slightest way not even looking after the baby or buy a diaper for him. wtf am I suppose to do.

This might be silly but i was wondering if anyone could help me with some great meal prep ideas.🙂Rn i have chicken,shrimp and tilapia filets.
