I’ve always heard they’re not allowed sun cream until 6 months+ so I always did long sleeves, leggings, shade, hats ect x

They shouldn’t be exposed to the sun under 6m their skin is still not developed enough for suncream xxx

Thankyou she will be nearly 6 months when we go away I’ve got hats and a extra shade for the pram

As above should keep them out of the sun, but we used a mineral suncream as these sit on top of the skin rather than being absorbed.

Think Baby (amazon) or Badger (Holland and Barrett) are both great mineral suncream that contain no nasties

We used boots kids 50+ on our last holiday. There’s some good ones that contain all natural on Holland and barret just very small bottles x

We also used full length uv sun suits and hats to cover most the body then the suncream and sat in the shade (umbrella) when we sat.

She went in the pool and park lots and stayed pale with the suits and cream. Enjoy your holiday :) x

If you read the small print on the back of the suncreams they all say not to be used on babies under 6 months. They’re skin is too porous so I would avoid and protect her other ways

Is your child at 2 years still rear facing in the car seat?

I dont know many that do it at this point although it is safer. We stopped as its now much easier managing melt downs and being able to soothe and comfort but the actual recommend age is till 4 years old! And some seats go to 6 years old 🫠.. wondering if I should start reintroducing backwards sitting again.. its such a boring ride for a toddler though

No Breast Milk …

Hi mumma’s ! A little vulnerable moment coming up …

Had baby girl 6days ago ! The most amazing little blessing.

However … my breast milk has yet to come in ! I didn’t produce much colostrum and I have inverted nipples so I always knew breastfeeding would be hard … but NOT impossible

Anyway … I suffered a lot of trauma giving birth, haemorrhaged and lost 2L of blood etc

My question is to the mumma’s who had delayed milk production and the mummas with inverted nips !!

- How are you are doing it ?
- When did your milk come in ?
- Any tips and tricks ??

Do you wash new clothes before you wear them?

i typically always do and have been called dramatic for this😭 a lot of clothes are curated with dyes and chemicals that can be cancer causing and actually many clothes tags say wash before wear! also i think most clothes come from warehouses that could have bugs and possibly rodents lol not here to convince anyone just curious

Baby dislikes crib

My baby hates sleeping in her crib and it’s probably due to co sleeping for so long she is 8 months now and completely refuses to sleep in her crib meaning she ends up back in the bed this seems like a never ending issue because we still go round the same cycles any advice would be helpful thankyou! 💕

When you drive alone with the baby/toddler what do you do when to stop and need to fill up gas

I’m a new drives and this a question that goes through my minds as I don’t feel like leaving my toddler alone in the car even if it’s locked but there’s different situations like she could be sleeping, so I wanted to ask what the mommy’s do?
