I’m 6 months post c section and my pre pregnancy body was very slim! I have put on weight which I am completely fine with actually BUT I look pregnant! My stomach isn’t wobbly, it’s firm and looks like I am pregnant again ! I was told I had a very small ab separation at my 6 week check but have ben going on walks constantly and being active but this stomach just won’t go down! No over hang literally just look pregnant again 😂 will this go? Or do I need to have a strict exercise routine?

I swear by this tea: raw pieces of turmeric, and a slice of lemon and heat up in microwave for 2 min tops and drink every morning and taking a probiotic also helps shrink it down. Also organic raspberry tea helps as well.

Im 3 weeks PP and I still have a small belly but it’s been going down ALOT I heard by 2 months it will go down a lot more by drinking the tea and exercise. Give yourself some grace! It takes time.
