So I will be 34 weeks pregnant Monday. 🥰I have terrible anxiety and am diagnosed with it, last 2-3 weeks I have gotten dizzy and light headed and my heart rate has been 126 or higher.. they said I have low iron because I am anemic which is true. I’m just so tired of feeling like this, like my heart is going to explode and I can’t control it. I currently have to go have iron infusions which I had to with my first one. I’m underweight for being 33 weeks pregnant 😒 I just feel like the anxiety is so much harder to control while pregnant and your mind wonders so much when your pregnant and every time it happens I think something is instantly wrong when I know it’s just anxiety.
I have a little girl that’s almost 16 months and I can barely do anything with her because I feel so tired and light headed 90% of the time. How do you mommas deal with the anxiety ?. How do you make your mind relaxed and know that everything is okay ?.

I definitely think words of affirmation and talking to your partner about what your feeling but also knowing their is only so much u can control .

The thing that helped me most with anxiety and my baby cousin (who was also diagnosed) is that I play out the anxiety. What’s the worst that could happen, and then I plan for it.
Obvi, w pregnancy that’s sooooo easy to say. Way harder to do. All I could suggest is eat iron heavy foods, which could just improve your lethargy. Also don’t beat yourself up. You’re literally doing your best. that’s more than what’s asked of you.
