What’s everyone’s bedtime looking like currently? For a short while I was able to put baby down at 7pm awake and he’d get himself to sleep but now he’s hit 3 months he is always upset and I’ll have to rock him to sleep then attempt transfer (which fails lol) or stroke his face in cot until he falls asleep. Has anyone else hit a 3 month battle at all? X

Yes my daughter has never been the best sleeper but it’s got so much worse this last week (14 weeks)
She used to feed to sleep and transfer no problem, waking frequently to feed but that’s to be expected for BF babies
Now she won’t feed to sleep, she needs me to pace around rocking and bouncing her for her eyes to ping open the second I put her down
It’s exhausting
Hope this is the regression because I don’t know how it gets worse than waking every hour 😭

Mine never put herself to sleep. She usually has a short nap between 6 and 7 and then a very short wake window and goes to sleep between 8 and 8:30 in the baby carrier with white noise on. Then I keep her in until 10ish when I go to bed. She does sleep pretty deep then, I manage to put her down, zip her up in her sleep bag and then transfer to her next to me bed and she very rarely wakes up through the whole thing.

She’s currently a put her down and she’ll put herself to sleep and I’m hoping that stays! My son was a big contact napper and then transferring would be near impossible🤦🏼♀️

My 15 week old is the same! Used to go down awake and would self settle! Now needs a lot of rocking and to be fast asleep in my arms before the transfer. Hope it’s a phase as not sure how to encourage self soothing!
